Light, airy and with a delicious freshness. Cold coffee infused with air, so it pours with a thick head of foam – it looks like a stout, but it's coffee.

Ingredients (for 1 person)

• 2 × Cold Brew espresso
• Ice cubes

Preparation

• Fit the metal tube from the Cold Sweet Nitro Kit to the coffee spout.
• Fill a tall glass halfway with ice cubes.
• Place the glass under the spout and prepare a Cold Brew espresso.
• Prepare a second Cold Brew espresso into the same glass.
• Leave it to stand for about 30 seconds while the foam settles.

Serving suggestion

Latte macchiato glass, long-handled spoon. Serve straight away – the foam falls after a few minutes.

Needs a machine with Cold Brew: Z10, GIGA 10, E10, X10 or X4c. A coarser grind, around setting 5–7, gives a fuller cold cup.
