A delicious, velvety fresh coffee with vanilla. The same nitro method, finished with sweetened foam.

Ingredients (for 1 person)

• 2 × Cold Brew espresso
• Vanilla syrup
• Ice cubes

Preparation

• Fill the syrup container from the Cold Sweet Nitro Kit with vanilla syrup.
• Fit the metal tube and the syrup container to the coffee spout.
• Fill a tall glass halfway with ice cubes and place it under the spout.
• Prepare two Cold Brew espressos into the glass.
• Leave it to stand for about 30 seconds while the foam settles.

Serving suggestion

Latte macchiato glass, long-handled spoon. Serve immediately.

Needs a machine with Cold Brew: Z10, GIGA 10, E10, X10 or X4c, plus the JURA Cold Sweet Nitro Kit.
