Sweet Foam is milk foam sweetened with syrup as it heats. The foam comes out light and airy, and the flavour runs through the whole drink rather than sitting on top.

What you need

• A JURA machine with Sweet Foam (E8 (ED), E10, J10, S8, Z10 or GIGA 10)
• A JURA syrup container – 25064 for E8, J8 and J10, or 25069 for Z10 and GIGA 10
• Caramel syrup
• Fresh milk or a plant-based alternative
• A glass or a large cup

How to make it

1. Fill the container with syrup and click it onto the milk spout.
2. Place the glass under the spout.
3. Select Sweet Foam Latte Macchiato or Sweet Foam Cappuccino.
4. The machine does the rest – foam, milk and coffee in the right order.

Tips

• Vanilla, hazelnut and chocolate syrups work just as well.
• Rinse the milk system afterwards. Syrup is sticky, and the machine will ask for a clean when it needs one.
• Sweet Foam is good cold too – choose Cold Brew if your machine offers it.
